About LCNS
My name is Sarah Lawson, and I’m the founder of Lawson Care Navigation and Services (LCNS).
LCNS was developed after years of working within nonprofit and public-sector systems, where I supported
individuals and families navigating healthcare, social services, education, and community resources.
While this work was meaningful, it also gave me a clear, firsthand understanding of how difficult it can
be for people to access consistent, coordinated support, especially during stressful or vulnerable
periods.
Over time, I noticed that many individuals and families struggled to navigate long waitlists, limited follow-up, and complex systems with minimal guidance. Even in spaces where professionals genuinely cared, systemic limitations often made it challenging to offer consistent, individualized support.
